We provide access to a state-of-the-art microdissection and subcellular fractionation laboratory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Enrichment<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We can isolate microparticles of interest through subcellular fractionation depending on theirs size and density.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Fluorescence activated cytometry and sorting<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We can detect, analyze and sort microparticles of interest from a pre-enriched fraction and yield sample nearly purified to homogeneity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Downstream analysis<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We can collect samples for downstream analysis methods and assist in the experimental planning (optic microscopy, electron microscopy, immunoblot, omics).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:45px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\">Equipment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Two FACS (Fluorescence activated sorters)<\/strong>:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>FACS Aria II <\/strong>sort droplet-based cell sorter that has been customized with a 200mW blue laser and an optimized optical path for<br>forward scatter and fluorescence channels.<br><br><strong>MACSQuant Tyto Lux <\/strong>microfluidics-based cell sorter with 4 lasers. Allows recurrent sorting steps for very rare populations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>One cytometer, with small particle detector<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>FACSymphony A1 <\/strong>Flow cytometer with the small particle detector and 4 lasers (405, 488, 561 and 637).
